Project Manager/ Estimator
The Project Coordinator (PC) will work closely with the project team members to provide quality and timely projects through excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, managing customer calls, updating and managing project management software, and estimating new projects. As the PC, you will work primarily in the office, and have direct access to all management software.
Wants:
- 3-5 years of experience in construction management (required)
- Technical knowledge of construction and remodeling
- PMP Preferred
- Clear written and verbal communication skills

Line Stripper/ Pavement Professional
The Line Stripper/ Pavement Professional will work primarily in the field. The Line Stripper/ Pavement Professional will be responsible for helping in the seal coating, layout and stripe of projects, and sign installation out in the field. Proper etiquette and guidance of lead manager must be adhered to at all times.
Wants:
- 1-2 years of experience in line stripping, seal coating (required)
- Technical knowledge of layout and stripping of roads, parking lots, and sign installation
- Timeliness and hard work ethic
- Clear written and verbal communication skills

Carpentry Apprentice
The Carpentry Apprentice will work primarily in the field. The Carpentry Apprentice will be responsible for helping in the installation of kitchen, baths, and house remodel projects. Proper etiquette and guidance of lead manager must be adhered to at all times.
Wants:
- 1-2 of experience in Home Improvement (required)
- Have experience with a square, tape measure, circular saw, drills, and hammer, etc.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Drive and ambition with the desire to learn and advance your career
