- Do you provide a warranty on materials purchased from us?
We provide a warranty for all labor installation and materials we purchase for our clients. Some of these are lifetime warranties.
- What is your license number and are you insured?
YES! Our license number is 136140 . We are fully insured as well. Feel free to look us up on the MHIC website by our license number.
- How much are estimates and can you help with the design of my project?
All of our estimates are free. We pride ourselves in helping with every facet of your project. This includes the design process for your project. We will help you create, visualize, and bring to life your dreams.
- What is the kitchen remodel process?
We have an entire design and construction process of the kitchen remodel. We start with a simple discussion, have you fill out a questionnaire, and then send us photos of the kitchen design you wish to have. We do the rest.
- Why hire someone with a MHIC License?
MHIC Law requires that a written contract for your home improvement project be generated. There is no way to ensure that your project scope, dreams, and pricing are being met without a clear defined contract.
Remember that proposals are not contracts. Compare contractors proposals for consistency and accuracy. Never hire a contractor looking for cash jobs and never put more than a 1/3 upfront cost. MHIC Law and a properly written contract allows you to have full confidence that the MHIC contractor will complete the job established and not take advantage of you. Always get a signed contract from a MHIC Contractor.

- Asphalt Need to knows?
The best way to protect your new asphalt project is to sealcoat your pavement within 24 months of installation and every three to five years thereafter. It is also necessary to seal any cracks exceeding ¼ inch in width and complete any other needed repairs in a timely manner. Sealcoating protects and extends the life of your asphalt. Not to mention the great look adds value to your property.
